Teaching & Modeling of Expectations Reduces ODRs BT Washington Elementary School, Champaign School District 4, increased teaching and modeling of expectations and social skills in 2006-07. These efforts resulted in a 73% reduction in ODRs when comparing August - November 2005-06 to 2006-07.
