Grimms at the Illinois PBIS Network statewide office at 335 N. LaGrange Road, Suite 4, La Grange Park, Illinois 60526; or
fax to (708) 482-4875.

When we receive your School Contact Information…
A PBIS Coordinator
will contact you. The following additional documents will be used
by the Coordinator to prepare you for training and implementation.
